The village wine reflects the unique wine-growing conditions of both Unter- and Oberloiben. This wine is crafted from grapes sourced from vineyards located near the Danube. The soil composition, characterized by washed-up sand, gravel, and pebbles, imparts distinctive qualities to the wine.

The vineyards (“village vineyard”) designates the cultivated sections near the Danube belonging to Loiben and Unterloiben. The maximum distance to the Danube is 100 metres.
